STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF WARE – November 23, 2020
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 21-2-374.6 (b) and O.C.G.A. 21-2-379.6 (c) notice is hereby given that logic and accuracy testing of the voting equipment to be used for the January 5, 2021 General and Special Election Run-off will begin at 12:00pm on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 and continue day-to-day until completed. The testing will be at the Ware County Board of Elections and Registration office at 408 Tebeau St, Waycross, Ga 31501. The Pubic Logic & Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate that the election equipment used to tabulate the votes cast at the election meets the requirements of law. Members of the public are entitled to be present during the preparation and testing procedure.
