WARE COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS AND REGISTRATION 2022 QUALIFYING INFORMATION
In accordance with Georgia Election Code Sections 21-2-131(a)(1)(A) and (1)(B), the Ware County Board of Commissioners set the qualifying fees for offices to be elected by Ware County voters in 2022.
Such Qualifying fees were set as follows:

Candidates seeking the Republican nomination shall file a Notice of Candidacy and Affidavit or
Declaration of Candidacy at the WARE COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 800 CHURCH STREET, ROOM 208, beginning 9:00 am on March 7, 2022, and ending at Noon on March 11, 2022. REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES WITH ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS CAN CONTACT DEBRA GIDDENS, SECRETARY OF THE WARE COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY AT 912-282-5551.

Candidates seeking the Democratic nomination shall file a Notice of Candidacy and Affidavit or
Declaration of Candidacy in the office of the Election Superintendent at WARE COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS AND REGISTRATION, 408 TEBEAU ST, WAYCROSS, GEORGIA 31501* 912-287-4363 beginning 9:00 am on March 7, 2022, and ending at Noon on March 11, 2022.
