FOR THE
NOVEMBER 2023 MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION
SCANNING OF ABSENTEE BALLOTS: The Ware County Board of Elections will begin scanning Absentee
By-mail ballots November 7, 2023, Election Day, at 6:00 pm.
After Election Day any remaining absentee ballots and any provisional ballots cast in the November 7, 2023 Municipal General Election will be scanned beginning at 5:oo pm on Monday, November 13, 2023.
EARLY COMPUTATION: On Election Day, November 7, 2023, the Ware County Elections office will begin tabulating absentee ballots at 6:00 pm, at 408 Tebeau St, Waycross. Results will not be available until after 7:00 pm on Election Day.
CERTIFICATION: Notice is hereby given that computation, canvassing, and certification of the returns of votes cast in the November 7, 2023 Muni General Election will take place in the Ware County Elections office, on Monday, November 13, 2023, beginning at 5:00 pm.
All events are open to viewing by the public and will be conducted at the Elections office, 408 Tebeau St, Waycross.
